Meetings

Please note that the meeting room booking facility will open on 1st March and close on 31st August 2012.

The PSI Annual Conference provides a unique opportunity for Society members to network and get work done. Additional conferencing and meeting room facilities are available for Council Committees and Boards, Divisions and Special Interest Groups that may have a requirement to meet during conference.All Meeting rooms are fully air conditioned and have WiFi access.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

The PSI will try to accommodate your date preference but it retains the right to allocate rooms and meeting times with due regard to the requirements of the Conference and requests from groups for meeting rooms.

AV equipment is NOT provided for meetings. Organisers who wish to use AV equipment will need to provide their own.

Meeting Rooms will only be given to those who submited before the closing date and the details will be included in the Conference Programme. Failure to submit the form before this date will result in the PSI being unable to locate a room for the meeting. Late submissions will not be considered and the PSI cannot undertake to allocate a room where a late request is received.
