Terms & Conditions
- People who have submitted a contribution, which has been accepted and who do not attend the Conference will receive NO REFUND and will not be accepted to present at future conferences for a maximum of 5 years.
- Delegates who notify the PSI PR & Events Manager, by e-mail at conference@psihq.ie, before 26th October, that they cannot attend, will receive a full refund, minus a €50 administration fee. After the 26th October no refund will be available.
- Name substitutes must be supported by written confirmation from the original attendee.

The Call for Papers submission process will open on 1st March and close on 25th May 2012.
