Dr. Margaret O’Rourke

B.A., M.A.,M.App.Sci.,Psych.D.,AFBPS

Dr. Margaret O’Rourke is a practising clinical psychologist, author and academic. She is a graduate of the Universities of Cork, Glasgow and Surrey.

Dr. O’Rourke is a leading authority on Risk in mental health and on the impact of cognitions and behaviours on health and illness. She is dedicated to providing individuals with information and resources they can use to take control of their health and optimise their energy and wellbeing. 

Dr. O’Rourke has authored ten books on the subject of mental health and wellbeing and self help. In addition to her work in academia and clinical practice, Dr. O’Rourke has regularly delivered talks, workshops and health programmes geared towards self care, wellbeing, stress regulation, and optimal health.
